1. General & Licensing
Is Babus Salam Sky Overseas a licensed and legal agency? Yes. We are fully licensed by the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare & Overseas Employment (License No. RL-2297) and are proud members of BAIRA (Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies). You can verify our license on the official BMET/OEP website (oep.gov.bd) or BAIRA website (baira.org.bd). We never use unauthorised sub-agents.
Which countries do you recruit for? We recruit for popular destinations including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Malaysia, and selected European & other markets, depending on current demand from foreign employers.
Do you guarantee a job or visa? No. Like all licensed agencies, we provide professional services but cannot guarantee selection, visa approval, or deployment. Final decisions rest with foreign employers, embassies, GAMCA medical centres, and BMET. We are fully transparent about this (see our Disclaimer page).
2. How to Apply & Documents Required
How can I apply for overseas jobs with BSSO? You can apply in multiple ways (as per best practices):
- Submit your CV online via our website https://bsso.com.bd/
- Email your CV and documents to info@bsso.com.bd or sadi@bsso.com.bd
- Call/WhatsApp our Recruitment Manager Ataullah Sadi (+8801953331789)
- Visit our office in Kakrail, Dhaka
- We also publish advertisements in newspapers and job portals (e.g., Job Board) and contact suitable candidates directly or through authorised channels.

- Updated CV with photo
- Passport (valid for minimum 6–12 months)
- Educational certificates & experience letters
- NID / Birth certificate
- Recent passport-size photos
- Medical fitness report (if already done)
- Any other relevant certificates (technical, language, etc.)
We securely store and return originals after processing where possible.
Do I need to register with BMET? Yes — all candidates must register in the BMET databank (via the Probashi Kallyan app or BMET office). We guide you through this free step.
3. Fees & Payments
Do you charge any fees? Yes, we charge service fees for the professional services we provide (as permitted by BMET rules). Fees are collected in stages:
- With passport and documents for initial processing
- Initial deposit after foreign delegate interview is confirmed (in some cases)
All payments are for actual services rendered (advertising, pre-screening, visa preparation, coordination, etc.). We issue proper receipts. We never charge for simple registration or promise “guaranteed jobs” for money.
Are fees refundable? Service fees are generally non-refundable once processing starts (as per industry norm and BMET guidelines). Specific refund conditions are mentioned in the service agreement you sign. We follow all government rules strictly.

What happens after I submit my documents?
- Pre-screening of your profile
- Matching with suitable job openings
- Interview arrangement (in-person or with foreign delegates)

How long does the process take? It varies by country and employer demand — typically 1–6 months from application to deployment. We keep you regularly updated.
5. Visa, Work Permit & Clearance
Do you handle visa applications? Yes. We prepare and submit your visa application, coordinate with the concerned embassy, and obtain work permit / offer letter / invitation letter from the foreign employer and recruitment company.
What about BMET Emigration Clearance? We handle the full BMET clearance process for selected candidates at no extra hidden cost (standard government fees apply where required).
6. Training, Medical & Special Procedures
Do you provide training? Yes. We arrange:
- Language training (Arabic, English, etc.)
- Vocational / skill training
- Pre-departure orientation
What about medical test? We arrange GAMCA-approved medical fitness tests to confirm you are physically fit.

- Final medical & police clearance (if needed)
- Flight ticket booking
- Full travel support and orientation
We stay in touch even after you reach your destination for any support.
Do you provide employment contract details? Yes. You will receive a standard employment contract (in English) clearly stating salary, working hours, overtime, accommodation, food, medical, holidays, and other benefits before departure.
8. Rights, Complaints & Important Warnings
How can I complain or verify anything? You can contact us first. If needed, file a complaint with BMET or the Ministry (we fully cooperate). Always verify any agency on the official BMET/OEP or BAIRA website before paying money or submitting passport.
Important Warning Beware of fraudsters promising “guaranteed jobs” or charging illegal fees. Only deal with licensed agencies (RL number visible). Never pay money to unauthorised persons. We never ask for money through agents without proper documentation.
